PHMSA's Office of Civil Rights is charged with ensuring the non-discriminatory use of Federal funds by recipients of PHMSA assistance. In order to ensure Recipients have the knowledge they need to comply with the civil rights laws and regulations, this information tool is available for Recipients to ensure they are in compliance with their civil rights responsibilities.
